• Knowledge of the sectional title act and Body Corporate/Homeowners Associations
• Financial knowledge
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Must be computer literate

• Ability to manage trustee expectations
• Strong admin skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
